I plan the journey and build the work.
I’m Lateisha Greene, a Lifecycle Marketing Manager with 12+ years of experience, including over seven years at Zapier. My background spans email marketing, automation, and lifecycle strategy, with a focus on customer activation and product adoption.
I take programs from strategy through launch. I define the audience, write the messaging, build the workflows, and partner with Data to measure results. I use what we learn to decide what to improve, expand, or test next.
How I work
I start with the business goal and the customer behavior behind it. I identify where users get stuck, build a journey around that friction, and define how we’ll measure success. I work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to turn the plan into action.
What I bring
Strategic ownership and hands-on execution. I bring experience in segmentation, onboarding, behavioral messaging, and experimentation, along with the technical skills to build in Iterable and automate recurring campaign work.
